Concept and detailed design, structural and MEP engineering, county approvals, and a QS-priced bill of quantities you can take to any bank.

Design-build or owner’s representation: milestone payments against certified valuations, monthly photo/video reporting, NDT quality checks, a formal snag list, and warranty enforcement.
